The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) at KMCT Law College is a body formed to address and resolve grievances or complaints raised by students, faculty, or other stakeholders associated with the institution. Its primary goal is to maintain a harmonious and transparent atmosphere on campus.
Responsibilities of the GRC:
- 1. Address grievances related to academic matters, campus facilities, and interpersonal issues.
- 2. Promote awareness about grievance redressal mechanisms among students and staff.
- 3. Ensure confidentiality and impartiality in handling complaints.
- 4. Provide recommendations for improvement based on the nature of grievances.
Types of Grievances Handled:
Academic concerns (e.g., examination issues, evaluation processes).
Harassment or discrimination complaints.
Infrastructure and resource-related issues (e.g., library, classrooms, IT facilities).
Any other general or specific concerns of stakeholders.
